In the beginning...

I decided to create a blog because my brother Ted has one and it is a cool way to communicate what you are doing to people over the internet using pictures, movies, sound, and text. I am also awake at 4:40 in the morning in Hawaii waiting for the sun to rise and my wife to wake up. I think the greatest challenge will be to continue to update the blog with some disciplined consistency. I am not really a writer or an artist so my content will likely be limited. Maybe I can put some engineering equations on here or some thing.
